This is course is will provide attendees with an understanding of legal topics and issues associated with prosecuting death penalty cases.  Topics include: Evaluating a Death Penalty Case, Discovery Issues, Jury Selection and Combating the Colorado Method, Aggravating and Mitigating Circumstances, The State Has Won the First Round Now What?, and Ethics of Closing Arguments.

 

This webinar is provided FREE to all State Attorneys, Prosecutors, Law Enforcement Personnel, and Attorney General Personnel.  Please encourage Assistant State Attorneys, Victim Advocates and Law Enforcement personnel to attend.
